Liven World Projects B.V. (hereafter: Liven World) values careful handling of personal data. This policy explains which data we collect, why, and your rights.

1. Who we are

Liven World Projects B.V., based at Stadhouderskade 41-A, 1071 ZD Amsterdam, is the controller for personal data processed via this website.

2. What data we collect

We only collect data you provide yourself or that is necessary for the site to function:

Contact and newsletter: name, email address, and any message content.
Provada booking: name, organisation, email, preferred time.
Plinth Configurator: answers to the 11 questions plus the email address the PDF is sent to.
Technical data: IP address, browser type, pages visited, anonymised for measuring usage.

3. Why we process this data

To answer your question or message.
To send you a PDF, booking, or newsletter.
To improve the site based on anonymised usage.
To meet legal obligations.

4. How long we retain data

We retain contact data no longer than necessary for the purpose collected. Newsletter subscriptions are kept until you unsubscribe. Configurator results and Provada bookings are kept for up to 24 months, unless an active collaboration starts.

5. Who we share data with

We do not share your data with third parties, except with our technical processors (such as our hosting and email provider) and only to the extent necessary for the service. We have data processing agreements with all processors.

6. Your rights

Under the GDPR you have the right to:

request access to the data we hold;
have incorrect data corrected;
have data deleted;
object to processing;
have your data transferred to another party.

Send a request to privacy@livenworld.nl. We respond within four weeks. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority.

7. Security

We take appropriate technical and organisational measures, including HTTPS encryption in transit, restricted access, and change logging.

8. Changes
